Support & Updates
Support & Updates
Standard support and updates is included in the paid versions of SoluteDNS for WHMCS. Standard support and updates includes (best-effort) ticket support and gives you access to updates of the software.
Extended Support
If you require additional support including: installation, updating, configuring, maintaining or troubleshooting your installation you can use our extended support service. Extended support is available at an extra charge of €18,75 per 15 minutes.
Priority Support
Priority support tickets are handled first before standard best-effort tickets. Priority support includes 15 minutes extended support per month.
General Information
Payment Term
You can pay monthly/quarterly/semi-annually or annually. Monthly terms are only possible above €3,00/month. Pay per year and get two months off!
Upgrade or Downgrade
You can upgrade at any time. Downgrading is only possible at the end of your payment term.
